- Your main goal as Inside Sales Representative is to make contact with a warm lead and set them up for a sales call or demo with the business owner or Sr. Account Executive

- We are seeking a highly-motivated and results oriented Sales Leader to join our team
- As the Director of Sales, you will lead and manage the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in current and new locations
- Your role involves optimizing sales processes, implementing strategic initiatives, and fostering a high-performance sales culture
- As Sales Director, you will breakdown overall sales goals, analyze data, and develop specific action plans to achieve targets
- You will lead and manage Sales Managers to ensure goal achievement
- Conduct one-on-one meetings and provide daily feedback if needed
- Participate with ongoing meetings with VP and CEO
- Previous experience with homes services or service business is a strong PLUS
- Base Salary: $3,500 – $6,500 USD/month

Sales Manager - Destination Management Company - Puerto Vallarta (Hybrid)
- Hybrid w/ 1 day per week in the office
- Guide and support the sales team in reaching their pre-planned goals in collaboration with management.
- Sales Target Achievement: Measured by the manager’s ability to meet or exceed the company’s monthly and annual sales goals.
- Prepare, present, and manage pre-sales proposals and documents, ensuring unique itineraries, accurate pricing, and clearly stated terms and conditions.
- Maintain clear communication with the Operations Department to ensure that trips are executed exactly as sold, and provide assistance with the on-call phone service alongside Operations.
- Build strong relationships with clients, particularly VIPs, and promote key suppliers strategically.
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel industry, specifically in Mexico.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or equivalent customer service roles (e.g., as a tour guide).
- Strong knowledge of key destinations in Mexico
- Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 MXN/month base salary
- Commission: up to 100% of salary
