Candidates must have experience with the full sales cycle and should be able to close sales
Must have 3-5 years of experience cold calling or prospecting in a B2B environment.
Must have experience of international calling.
Broadband technology experience and knowledge preferred.
Efficient in sales funnel management; previous experience in CRM systems.
Strong English.
Strong Networking and Negotiation skills
Candidates should expect to make 100 – 150 calls per day
Base salary plus commissions.
On Target Earnings (OTE): $2,500 USD

1–3 +years experience in SDR, appointment setting, or high-ticket sales support
Comfortable with high daily call volume
Strong English communication skills
Assertive but professional on the phone
Detail-oriented and disciplined with CRM usage
Experience with U.S.-based clients preferred
Conduct structured qualification calls using provided script Disqualify low-intent or low-budget prospects Reactivate aged leads from CRM database Maintain 80–120 dials per day depending on campaign focu
Base Salary: 18,000 MXN
On Target Earnings: 35,000 MXN
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm CDMX
