Customer Success Representative - USA Marketing Agency (Remote)
- Manage and nurture relationships with U.S. clients running inbound activations
- Conduct outbound phone calls and emails when inbound is slow
- Coordinate event logistics, staffing, and timelines across multiple campaigns
- Review photos, reports, and recaps before client delivery
- Partner with our creative, sales, reporting, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
- Track budgets, deliverables, and results using our internal systems (HubSpot, Google Workspace, PUSH Control)
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities within existing accounts
- Support and help shape the culture of our growing Mexico team
- Fluent English speaker – confident, polished, and client-facing
- 2+ years in account management, client success, or marketing coordination
- Previous combination of inbound and outbound sales is a PLUS
- Salary range: $1,500 – $1,750 USD/month
- Commission: 2% of recurring revenue

Customer Support Manager - USA SaaS Company (Remote)
- 5-8 years of hands-on management experience
- Previous SaaS/Technology experience
- Several years running technical customer-facing teams
- Experience in managing a team of over 20+
- Project management skills

- Bilingual
- Salary: 38,000 – 45,000 MXN/month
- Schedule: 11am – 8pm CST Mon – Fri
Sales Development Representative - USA Telecommunications Company
- Candidates must have experience with the full sales cycle and should be able to close sales
- Must have 3-5 years of experience cold calling or prospecting in a B2B environment.
- Must have experience of international calling.
- Broadband technology experience and knowledge preferred.
- Efficient in sales funnel management; previous experience in CRM systems.
- Strong English.

- Candidates should expect to make 100 – 150 calls per day
