● 3+ yrs. experience in Client Relations, Account Management and technical customer
support experience.
● Proven experience managing dedicated client relationships or high-value accounts in

● Exceptional client-facing communication skills (oral, written, and interpersonal), with
the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
● Demonstrates a proactive motivation to solve tough technical problems, and know

IT Support Specialist - USA SaaS Company (Remote)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in technical support role
- Strong technical aptitude, analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain self-control while defusing stressful customer
situations - Excellent customer service attitude
Resolving technical inquiries in a well-structured professional manner - Receive and record incident-related information over the phone, chat, email (and other) channels using a variety of tools, techniques, and procedures.
- Be readily available with camera on to assist customers via Zoom video calls and address their questions or concerns
- Fluent English and Spanish required
- Schedule: 11am-8pm CST Tues-Sat or Sun – Thurs

Accountant - International Distribution Company (Remote)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Accountant or GL Accountant role
- Must be well-versed in inventory and Purchase Order processes, especially International
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. An MBA and/or a CPA is a plus
- Must be Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
- Must have a good knowledge of ERP Systems – Enterprise Resource Planning; A familiarity with Chempax ERP is a plus
- Must have mastered all aspects of general accounting functions
- Must have Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
- Must have Hands-on experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Must have a proven track record in auditing
- Must have skills in managing timelines
- Strong English required
- Salary: 60,000 – 70,000 MXN/month
