  • We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Lead for a fast-growing start-up disrupting the home services market in the US
  • Recruit all key leaders and teams across the globe for internal and outsourced positions. The majority will be US roles, but will also include some positions in India, Latin America, and the Philippines
  • Able to communicate effectively with people at executive levels
  • 3-5 years experience in US recruiting: blue-collar positions a plus
  • Experience with recruiting providers for a marketplace is a plus
  • Managed end-to-end recruiting process a plus
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, highly organized, able to prioritize own workload effectively, and able to work collaboratively with others
  • Proficient with the use of computers, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish)
  • Ability to manage own diary and time effectively to maximize productivity
  • Confident in managing, mentoring, and training others, as the team grows
  • Schedule: Full Time (Reports to CEO, US Central time zone)
  • Salary: $2,000-2,500 USD /M

  • A Canadian software company is looking for a Graphic Design to fill their vacancy!
  • The Graphic designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers.
  • This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and visual hierarchy, as well as the ability to work well under tight deadlines.
  • Developing visual concepts and layouts for various mediums, including websites, advertisements, and packaging
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to create cohesive and effective designs
  • Creating and maintaining design assets, such as style guides and brand standards
  • Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
  • Remaining up-to-date on design trends and industry developments
    3+ years of experience in graphic design

Lead Development Representative - USA Education-based Company (Remote)

  • A USA education-tech company is seeking a Lead Development Representative to process leads in a timely manner
  • LDR will review inbound lead information, make phone calls and send  text messages to schedule an appointment with the Sales Development Representative
  • Will work on an outbound calling campaign to various customer groups
  • Enroll leads into email sequences and check on engagement with emails through a CRM
  • Attend virtual sales meetings to report on progress and obstacles
  • Contribute to helpful solutions to improve processes and conversions
  • Flexibility to take on special projects as needed
  • Candidate should have 1 yr experience in an appointment setting role or sales role
  • English fluency and ability to have a casual phone conversation
  • Base Salary: $20,000 MXN /M +  Estimated: Commission: $5-10,000+ MXN /M (On-Target: Commission: $25-30K MXN /M

Customer Support/Onboarding Agent - New Jersey Based Health Care Company (Remote)

  • A New Jersey-based Health Care company is seeking a Customer Support/Onboarding Agent to assist new patients in their onboarding process
  • Candidate should have high energy and outgoing personality
  • The onboarding agent will be the first point of contact when patients reach out for help
  • Answer all incoming calls using a professional and courteous manner.
  • Complete over-the-phone assessments according to screening criteria.
  • Conduct verification of benefits.
  • Ability to speak intelligibly and accurately about our program and services offered.
  • Coordinate and schedule new intake dates and times.
  • Coordinate transportation for new intakes.
  • Work well on a team and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Conduct the Admissions process.
