Josh spent 12 years working for some of the most recognized resort brands in Mexico, most notably serving as the Lead Recruiter for Vidanta Resorts. In 2018, he left Vidanta to form his own recruiting company and return to school to pursue his Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
Since then, Josh has worked with companies around the world to source professional talent in Latin America. With more companies going to a remote workforce and a growing demand to find talent in Mexico and Latin America, Josh works with his team of HR Managers to meet the demand of this emerging market.
Born and raised in Texas, Josh has lived in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco for 16 years, full-time. Josh received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
